At Pavani Foods, we strive to ensure every traditional chocolate we ship brings a smile to your face. However, as our products are perishable food items, our return policy is crafted specifically to maintain the highest hygiene and safety standards.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it, as long as it has not been processed or dispatched. Once the order enters the "Processing" stage (where our chefs begin preparing your fresh batch), cancellations may not be possible.

Refunds & Redelivery

While we do not offer traditional "returns" for food products, we provide a 100% satisfaction guarantee in the following cases:

  • Damaged on Arrival: If your Madugula Halwa arrive in a damaged state due to transit, please take a photo immediately and share it with us.
  • Incorrect Item: If you received a different chocolate variety/variant than what you ordered.
  • Quality Concerns: If you believe there is a genuine quality issue with the flavor or texture that falls below our premium standards.

Timeline for Claims

Please report any issues within 24 hours of receiving your package. Since our Madugula Halwa are sensitive to temperature and environment, we cannot process claims reported later than this window.

Processing Your Request

Once your claim is validated by our quality control team, we will either:

  • Process a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • Ship a fresh replacement batch at no extra cost to you.
